Dramatising issues - providing solutions
Scene Change uses theatrical techniques and drama to help motivate and challenge your workforce, to highlight behavioural issues and to train and develop their skills.
Our vision
Through forum theatre and role-play we assist public and private companies to create a healthy working environment in line with pending legislation and government initiatives.
The company was set up in December 2004 and has since expanded into a thriving community of writers, directors, actors and facilitators providing bespoke, interactive training throughout the UK.
Our event research, writing and casting is done from our London office and where possible, our actors are sourced and rehearsed in the nearest locale to your event.
We are an equal opportunities employer; we celebrate diversity and we actively seek actors and facilitators from all backgrounds, races, faiths, sexual orientations, ages and physical abilities.
