Coaching2 was short-listed for the 2010 Opportunity Now award for advancing women in the workplace and the Civil Service, Diversity and Equality Awards 2008. The programme provides a platform for participants with a similar level of experience to meet and select an independent peer from another organisation to act as a co-coaching partner. It is an opportunity to exchange business experience, knowledge and views in a safe and confidential environment with someone from outside of your own organisation. Please take a look at our video of recent testimonials
Launched by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ministry of Justice in 2005, it continues to develop and expand through Scene Change. So far over 450 have participated on the programme from 22 major organisations including Rolls Royce, Credit Suisse, Aviva, GCHQ, Ministry of Defence, Cabinet Office and Metropolitan Police to name a few.
How Coaching Squared works: Each programme involves candidates from up to six organisations. We aim to balance these between the public and private sectors and each organisation is required to submit up to 10 candidates per programme. Candidates choose to attend one of three workshops where they will learn how to co-coach and decide on the kind of coaching relationship from which they would most benefit. It is about encouragement, unleashing talent and fulfilling future potential We currently run three separate programmes throughout the year: 1) Women’s programme
