Role players for NHS staff - Tackling under-performance

nhs-islington-small.jpg

Scene Change is currently providing professional role-players for an NHS Development Centre tackling the issue of dealing with under-performing staff. Working together with Aquarius International, the project has been a resounding success and our role players are responding in a natural and convincing way based on a detailed character outline.

Sessions are conducted as a mock appraisal interview and the NHS managers are having to deal with an under performing member of staff (the actor) who delivers an improvised performance based on given guidelines. All our role-players are trained and experienced in handling different candidate personalities and in giving effective feedback to candidates.
