Scene Change is launching a new programme: Coaching Squared for Women, a co-coaching initiative bringing together the public and private sector to develop female talent.

The programme was initiated through a partnership between the women’s networks of PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). After a successful pilot in 2006, interest for the programme grew rapidly beyond the administrative capabilities of these respective organisations. Scene Change was then approached to deliver and continue to develop the programme.

Scene Change successfully launched programme 4 in February 2008 which includes 63 women from The Met Police, Vodafone, Credit Suisse, The Housing Corporation, Morgan Cole, Ministry of Justice and PricewaterhouseCoopers. We are now taking bookings for programme 5 due to launch in April 2008.

The programme has also gained wider interest and Scene Change will launch a similar programme with participants from Black, Minority and Ethnic groups in June 2008. Learn more about the co-coaching initiative here.
