International Day against Homophobia (IDAHO), is intended as an annual opportunity to evaluate progress and setbacks in the field of anti-discrimination. It is recognised worldwide and exists to raise the profile of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people the world over. Its main goal is to articulate action and reflection in order to combat all physical, moral or symbolic violence related to sexual orientation or gender identity. Scene Change recently created a successful forum theatre event to highlight the issues around sexual orientation and inappropriate behaviour. Learn more |
