Programme Outline
Coaching SquaredTM is our unique peer-to-peer coaching programme. It is designed to boost confidence, career prospects and develop management skills over a period of nine months.
Coaching SquaredTM provides a platform for participants with a similar level of experience at middle and senior management level to meet and select an independent peer from another organisation to act as co-coaching partner.
Participants learn how to coach and together set an action plan to support each other in achieving career goals. It is an opportunity to exchange business experience and work on personal progression in a safe and confidential environment with someone from outside of their own organisation.
Learning is reinvested into the organisation through increased confidence, new ways of working and clearer career development goals.
In particular our Diversity in Leadership development programme helps emerging leaders work towards career progression with a coaching partner from a different organisation or a different part of your business. Our annual programmes focus on developing your organisation’s future pipeline of talent from your diversity strands.
