Scene Change launched the first Women into Leadership Mentoring Programme for the Houses of Parliament after being approached to design and deliver the pilot. After this success, a wider programme has now been launched for staff across both Houses.
SceneChange designed the programme, engaged senior female mentors from across the City and delivered training workshops to underpin the learning experience and manage expectations. Our initial workshop focussed on teaching/ practicing networking skills, understanding the role of the mentor and mentee, personal impact and goal setting as well as facilitating a panel discussion about challenges faced by women trying to break into leadership roles. A post programme workshop focussed on feedback and learning along with analysis of outcomes.
