Careers on Track (C.O.T) is a personal development and confidence building programme for women who are returning, thinking of returning or have returned to work after having children.
SceneChange run Returners Programmes in-house across Public and Private Sector organisations. By investing in returning parents, organisations are supporting and re-engaging with top talent and investing in highly skilled experienced role models. Addressing some of the key factors affecting parents’ workplace return, helps to smooth the transition and build a confident, balanced and fully supported workforce and underpins the reputation of the organisation as an inclusive brand that will retain and attract talent.
We also work with private individual clients in one to one coaching sessions or in small groups.
Agnes Bamford, a member of the SceneChange team, a specialist in delivering coaching for parents wishing to return to work has co-written a parent-coaching book called ‘Swings and Roundabouts‘ with Anna Golawski and Irvine Gersch.
