Bridges Mentoring Programme Launch

In January we have embarked on an exciting initiative to nurture the talent pipeline and level the playing field for our BAME colleagues in the civil service. We are proud to launch and be part of the all virtual development journey over the next 7 months with 72 mentees and 13 mentors spread across 4 Bridges mentoring programmes.

With strong backing from senior leadership, passionate mentors, positive role models, exciting workshops and line managers engaged from the start, mentees can be confident in the belief that this development opportunity matters to them.

We are excited to see what can happen when everyone is pulling in the same direction. Let’s make 2021 amazing.
